Here is an update on the passing of our sweet, hairless rat, Lulu...It has been so strange for me, but I have been so sad and racked with guilt since Tuesday night. I have cried several times a day and told Kevin that I hope she comes to me in my dreams and forgives me and tells me that she is glad and it was no big deal. Of course, she'll have to speak in tongues because I don't understand "rattish." Watching something die is terrible...even a little wrinkly rat! I am sure I will be fine in a couple of days, but these emotions were pretty unexpected for me! Just thought I would show you what she looked like before her huge belly tumors.

hi chelsea! it's meghan! she looks so sweet. i have never seen a hairless rat before. just remember she is much happier now & i think it's so great you went to such effort to research the best possible thing for her. i know it had to be a ridiculously hard thing to do.
nice to see your blog. hope you're liking texas. such a cute family!
Hi Arntsen!!! It's me, Sarah! What a cute rat! I miss her/him too and we'd never even met!

This coming from the woman who told her sister to put her dog to sleep because it was "just a dog"?!?!? I never realized that one could get so attached to rats. I truly am sorry about your loss.
